First steps to break out of a plateau:
- Up water intake to a gallon a day
- Sleep a minimum of 7 hours per night
- Macros on point
- Food quality
- Stress management
- Steps (movement) TDEE
Tactical moves:
- Lowering calories
- Diet break
- Re-feed weekend
- Carb cycling
