On today’s show, I was joined by my friend Amy Williams, also known as @absbyamy on Instagram. Amy is a mom of six kids; yes, you read that right, lol, and does not let that get in the way of her fitness goals. She breaks down how she manages six kids under 15 years old, runs her own business, and stays in excellent shape. She gave you practical tips as moms to keep your health and fitness a priority while showing up as an amazing mom. Her story is motivating, inspiring and is such an example of not letting excuses define you!

Hi! So glad you’re here! Let me tell you a little about myself. I was born and raised here in Utah. I grew up in a big family, and developed a love for fitness at an early age. You could find me rollerblading, biking, hiking, running, dancing, tumbling or just playing around.

In school I ran track and did Cheerleading, and in the past few years have completed a handful Century bike rides.
Last year I competed in my first bodybuilding competition (something I never DREAMED of doing!) which ended up being one of the hardest, most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Going through that process taught me so much about my body, and that each of us are capable of anything we set our minds to!
