We talked about her own battles with PCOS/gut health, dove a little further into what one goes through with when dealing with PCOS. This episode was one of my favorites by far. I am a new listener and am loving this podcast! It’s great especially for people like me who are just beginning their fitness journey. When I started listening to more of the Key Nutrition episodes, my initial thought was to gain motivation, but I learned SO much more! Some of my favorite episodes are the ones where I may not even relate to a lot of the information, but learn about other people’s stories and what they are going through.
