In the first part of this episode, I will share my personal experience with stopping my mini cut. I realized that pushing my body to it’s limits was negatively impacting my mental and physical well-being. I learned that it’s crucial to listen to your body and prioritize long-term health over short-term aesthetic goals. I will discuss the signs that made me realize it was time to stop, the importance of finding balance, and the lessons I learned from this experience.

Also, I discussed why I believe so many never achieve their fitness goals.
